I’m a small town girl with a heart for serving Jesus and the members of my community! I am married to the love of my life, Kevin, and we have a beautiful son and another baby on the way! We moved to Oconee County in 2020 and have LOVED it ever since.

I graduated with a Bachelors in Athletic Training from Georgia College & State University in 2016 and immediately started chiropractic school at Life University in Marietta, Ga. I graduated magna cum laude with my Doctorate of Chiropractic in September 2020 and started The Haven right out of school.

I felt a deep sense of passion when I learned about the philosophy of chiropractic. And that is what ultimately lead me to a vitalistic lifestyle. We are self-healing, self-maintaining, and self-regulating organisms. I truly believe we heal from the ADIO principle, meaning from above down, inside out. Our God-given ability to function without interference is inevitable and I want to encourage you dive deeper into what that might look like for you!

I am extremely passionate about serving families in my community of Athens, Georgia. I specialize in fertility, preconception, prenatal, pediatric, and whole family wellness and support. I have a strong focus on pregnant women and am Webster Technique certified. I am also Certified by the Academy Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP). This certification is 250+ hours of extra education focusing on pediatric care.

I strive to empower women and am an advocate for women and families looking to achieve overall health, in all aspects of life! I hope you feel welcome, safe and loved in this space. We are all fearfully and wonderfully made and I am honored to be on this journey with you!
